Whilst every effort is made to ensure content is correct, free from error, and representative of current pricing, THE FISH TANK reserves the right to amend and update details at any given time,

Use of this website constitutes an agreement with the terms and conditions set out here.

Terms & Conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products by you from THE FISH TANK and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Pricing

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing shown on the website is correct, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to withdraw any order acceptance where your offer to purchase relates to goods that have been priced below that which we intended and/or where discounts have been applied or used in error.

VAT

Children’s clothing is Zero Rated for VAT. Bookings for swimming and activities, Floats, toys & accessories, changing mats and adult products are charged at the standard 20% VAT rate. All prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Order Acceptance

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email, shortly after you place it. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us to check your order has been accepted. Please retain this email confirmation for your records, and have it to hand in the event you wish to contact us regarding your order. Please note that once your order has been placed you will not be able to alter the order.

Payment

THE FISH TANK will charge your account for payment at the time of placing the order. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/ debit card or PayPal account.

Refunds

Please note we are unable to offer refunds for our swim and activity sessions. If you contact us at least 7 days prior to your visit we will do our best to rearrange your session. Please note that we may not be able to rearrange sessions on weekends or during school holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders for goods are to be collected from The Fish Tank. We do not currently offer a delivery service.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return any item you have purchased through our website, you may do so within 30 days of collection, providing the items returned to THE FISH TANK are in an unworn, re-saleable condition with all tags attached and original, un-damaged packaging.

Providing your returned item meets the above conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the item via the original method of payment.

Please note – The cost and responsibility for returning items lies solely with the customer. We recommend you return items via recorded, tracked or signed for delivery, as THE FISH TANK will not be liable for items lost in transit.

In the unlikely event an item received is found to be faulty, or the item received is not the item you ordered, please contact THE FISH TANK using the details found here Contact Us Page, within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please note – instructions governing the use and care of our products are supplied with your purchase and any failure to follow these may result in refusal to refund or replace in the event of a claim. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
