... read more Beautiful and clean. This place is a credit to the business park!!! What can I say, It was my first ever visit today and I can happily give it 10/10. I booked the soft play room online which was very easy and everything was just perfect. Fish tank limit the amount of visitors, so its idea for young children to gain confidence and have the time to explore what is a superbly designed, coloured and laid out room. The staff were all Helpful and Friendly. I will be visiting again real soon. Thank you

... read more Absolutely love this place. My little boy really enjoyed it here. The most baby friendly place I have ever been. When booking there was an issue with booking twice, this was sorted straight away by Penny, who was extremely helpful. My boy has a milk and Soya allergy so eating out is always nerve wracking. The girls were so understanding and helpful when it came to this. They showed me the allergy book and even the labels on the food just for peace of mind. The coffee is just amazing 😋. It really is such a lovely place and we will most certainly be visiting again very soon 😃

... read more We love The Fish Tank! My son absolutely loves the pool and practising his skills from his swimming lessons. The changing rooms are spacious, clean and plentiful and the cafe has a great range of options. The Oceans indoor play room is excellent, numbers are limited so it doesn’t feel too crowded and there’s lots to keep him interested. He couldn’t get enough of the ball hoover on our last visit!

... read more Pretty disappointed with our last visit. My little girl and my friends little boy suffer from dairy allergies and the staff had absolutely 0 knowledge or understanding if any of the food we asked for had the ingredients in or if there was any other options. The response was "erm I don't know" when I asked if they could check we waited 50 mins for dry kids sandwiches. Such a shame as I've been previously and we enjoyed the swimming. However cafe definitely needs improvement!!

... read more I wouldn’t personally recommend the fish tank, we went to the baby sensory and it was so over crowded it was ridiculous! 7 kids In all together when they should only be 6,and 1/2 adults per child some had 3 made it extremely crowded. I completely understand they accidentally overbooked but it’s not acceptable really. After we went to the cafe to get some food and I was waiting about half an hour or so for a panini, when I went to chase this up I found out it had been given to another table in error.. no refund offered nothing I just had to wait more time for it to be done! Unacceptable defiantly wouldn’t recommend or go back. Much better places for babies around.

... read more We had an absolutely amazing morning at your new interactive soft play area. It was absolutely immaculate and well thought out. Our 1 year old had so much fun and so did the big kids! The staff were so friendly too.

... read more We visited for the first time yesterday and from walking through the door you are made to feel so welcome. The staff were great throughout the visit. Fantastic facility and the pool temperature is great for the little ones. Offering in the shop and cafe was great, looking forward to our next visit. Would highly recommend giving this place a go.....

... read more What a lovely venue for swimming! Plenty of parking outside and a space in the venue to leave my pushchair too. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we felt welcome and relaxed. The staff were all friendly, happy and helpful which really helped to make my babies first swim really enjoyable, as this can be a little nerve wracking in itself! The changing area is very clean and fitted with baby changing facilities in almost every changing cubicle. There’s lockers that you don’t need cash for you just put your own pin in so this was very convenient. When you enter the pool area there is a member of staff there to greet you and help you with your baby getting into the pool and for anything else you may need. The pool itself is so lovely and warm and it’s in a bright welcoming room with natural light coming in. My baby who is only 9 weeks was so relaxed in the pool you could tell he didn’t want to get out! My eldest boy loved it too and he could practise his swimming without it being overly busy. We came with my sister her partner and kids and my mum. It was such lovely family quality time too as the pool wasn’t overly busy as they limit the numbers I think to around 20 on the baby and toddler session that we were on (not sure if it’s the same in all sessions). When we got out of the pool it was a good temperature in both the pool area and changing rooms so my baby didn’t get cold and I was able to change him easily without a lack of changing facilities. We then went to the cafe area whilst waiting for the rest of my family as we got out a little earlier. Prices were reasonable for drinks and the cafe is so comfortable too with nice comfy seats near the kids area which has a small soft play area for babies and a role play kitchen area for toddlers and there’s more seating away from this area for adults too (they also do adult only swim sessions which I think would be a lovely relaxing option to visit without kids or if you don’t have kids). We didn’t eat this time but the cakes and paninis looked nice and fresh! There was fruit available and some other little snacks too. It is definitely worth paying that little extra to come here, it almost feels like a private swim session and nothing felt rushed or stressful my at all. Ps; If you are taking a baby you will need to follow their double nappy rule (so a reusable or disposable swim nappy with a happy nappy over the top)-I bought both of mine with them when I booked the swimming as I found the price similar to most places and lots of happy nappy designs to choose from. The happy nappies are more on the smaller side so if your baby is on the bigger side go for the next size up. We can’t wait to visit again and I definitely recommend this place 🙂
