Please note we are unable to offer refunds for our swim and activity sessions. If you contact us at least 7 days prior to your visit we will do our best to rearrange your session. Please note that we may not be able to rearrange
sessions on weekends or during school holidays.
Returns
We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. Please note that we will only be liable for a refund if these conditions are
met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund. Please speak to a member of our team during your visit for assistance.
Exchanges
We are also happy to offer an exchange for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please speak to a member of our
team during your visit to exchange your item, so we can check availability of our alternatives. If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request we will provide a refund.
In the unlikely event there is a fault with your purchase, please advise us upon collection.
